MISSION OF THIS BLOG

Leadership is not easy. In this era of globalization many leaders find that they have to grapple with many different challenges.  Globalization has made the world smaller such that there is no room for error for many leaders: a policy that a leader in a remote area in Kenya enacts will have an effect in far flung areas such as India or Pakistan. As such, there is a great leadership challenge at the moment; and the future successful leaders will have to have a wide array of skills and experiences at their disposal in order for them to be effective. Consequently, the mission of this blog is to provide leadership education, through articles, to all current and future leaders, and to provide a forum where current and future leaders can have a discussion on effective leadership methods.

As such this blog is for educational purposes and not for any other purpose.
